Calling all craft beer and food lovers!

This four course tasting menu features a unique dish created by Chef Pedro Ferraz, and paired with a Hopfully Brewing Co craft beer to suit your palate. Hopfully’s Head Brewer Cris Gasparoti will be there to discuss how the pairings were decided, and answer questions about their beers and the brewing process.
Also you can expect talks from beer experts and DJs throughout the night




Hopfully Aperitif 

Carnavale – Guava & Coconut Ale – 4.2% ABV

Fresh Irish oyster with lacto-fermented tomato water


To Start: 

Graciosa – Tropical IPA – 5.3% ABV

Crispy plantain with apricot and cupuaçu vinaigrette



Van Damme – Belgian Dark Strong Ale – 9% ABV

Thin sliced rump cap medium rare, served with bacon and banana farofa


To Finish: 

12 Lovers – Vanilla Baltic Porter – 6.5% ABV

Açai served with lacto-fermented blueberries and chocolate drops
