I ate here for the first time at the weekend, really enjoyed it. Definitely the best BBQ I've had in Dublin, I had the mixed plate, and everything was great. I still feel Ireland has a long way to go for BBQ though.

Give any argentinian or saffie the BBQ we serve here and you'll recieve a punch in the face back for insulting them

Its American BBQ

it sure is. i'd imagine the standard of BBQ here will go up big time in the next 3 years . There was a time when the BB was the best, and only good coffee in town, and we'd no roasteries whatsoever, and look where we're at today. I could see BBQ, and ironically enough veggie places, seeing alot of change here in the next few years

actually i went up there one evening, just to check it out, its sorta on my way home, but they seemed to be closed , and opening around 6ish. i called in a 4pm. can be tricky enough to find anywhere to eat in this town between 2-6pm sometimes

Defo the best spot in Dublin for sure. That meat board was huge!! Too big even. Lads have a nice take on it. Glad they added the beef ribs. Lots of exciting stuff happening with BBQ for sure... tip of the iceberg stuff here at the mo.

BBQ is so, like, London 5 years ago.no hipster would ever dream of walking into a bbq joint these days,

Id say the London Ramen explosion should start here right about the time of the opening of the new Luas line

Yeah, but 90% of the BBQ about the place- even in London. There's only so much of that you can eat. Don't get me wrong, I still love US style, but it's the PItt Cue's , Barbacoa's and chefs like Neil Rankin that get me excited. To me it's all about food cooked with fire & smoke.

p.s. sort out the blaydin edit function for posts !
