Our Favourite Weekend ☘️ ☘️ ☘️

What's going on across all our bars

Here at Bodytonic we have a particular soft spot for Paddy's Day. A celebration of all things Irish as well as a long weekend? What's not to like in fairness. Here's a rundown on all the events we've got running across all our bars.

To start the weekend off we've got Betty and Phases bringing over Hidden Spheres with Bodytonic heads, HMEFLIGHT on support duties in the basement. In the bar we have Lime & Fancy with A Good Heart bashing out the 80s pop all night long.

On Paddy's day we're starting things off early with our very own Reeling In Your Ears party. Reeling In Your Ears is our celebration of the music of yesteryear and we kick kick things off with 1991 and a screening of our faveourite movie of that year, The Commitments. As the evening kicks on the Pimlico crew take over. In the basement we are going to have Jayda G keeping it going with the So Good/ Out To Lunch/ Dip crew(s).

On Saturday we're going to have the rugby on the big screen all day long, rounding the day off with Ireland vs England, potentially the championship deciding match (even if it isn't, we're playing England, its bloody important).

Bernard Shaw

Paddy's weekend is always a busy one in the Shaw. First up we have the Good Name crew with LE BOOM on Paddy's eve. Paddy's day we're celebrating in true Shaw fashion with an ALL DAY PARTY with some of our favourite DJ's and collectives. On Saturday we are going to have the rugby on the big screen so we can all shout at the English. On Sunday we're taking part in the St. Patricks Festival with a Graff Jam out the back.

We also have The Eatyard open all weekend for your all your soakage needs.

On the Thursday we have De Big Irish Telly Quiz for you to show us all your whopper knowledge of the RTE archives. Friday we've got a blockbuster day starting early with a Paddy's day special Sing Along Social followed by a night of Guilty Pleasures. Once again, we'll be showing Ireland tearing the English unbeaten record to shreds on Saturday.

The Back Page

As per usual we have our St Phibsborough’s Day party commandeering paddys day because we love Phibsborough too much. On Saturday we have the Rugby on. Sunday we've got the Back Page market for all your flea needs.

Square Ball

Our in-house BBQ joint, Fowl Play, are celebrating their first birthday with €1 wings all day Thursday. Whopper. We will also have the rugby on Saturday. To celebrate the match the lads are also whipping up a Tullow Tank sandwich and Heartless Hartley chicken hearts In the evenings we'll be having craic Square Bingo Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
