Our home for getting creative with the drinks we make and serve

Check out our Brewtonic site here, or find more information below

From brewing our own beer to conjuring up new cocktails, cordials & bitters, we like to play with everything that goes in the glass or the cup. Brews, tipples, alcohol or water, hot or cold; as long it brews...it's in.

Over the coming months we'll be brewing up a Belgian Red Ale as well as our own stout; exploring canning & distilling; preparing for our 2016 festivals, and pursuing our main goal of developing our own brew garden, brew lab & brewery - Brewville.
Below you can see the range of brews we've created, as well as the events we've hosted and attended.

Our Brews

Hoffman´s Belgian Ale

This Ale carries a ruby red colour, with a big fluffy head. This belgian beauty is a malt forward beast. While sipping on this Ale you can enjoy the subtle taste of raisin and caramel notes, balanced with a silky mouthfeel and lovely Belgian esters.

Notes: Raisins, christmas cake,

Flavour: Dark Fruits, caramel, toffee, malty biscuits

"Relax The Cacks" Summer Ale

The summer Ale, "Relax The Cacks“ comprises of a mainly pale malt base with a little malted wheat. Hops wise we have magnum, summit and a dry hop of cascade that lends the finished beer a fragrant bouquet.

The Ale is a smooth, citrusy, refreshing session Ale made for those sunny days when it's time sit back and "Relax the Cacks“.

"Sim Simma" Hemp Ale
We currently are on our tenth batch of the „Sim Simma" Hemp Ale. Since the first batch we have constantly been working on improving the taste.

The Ale has an earthy, nutty aroma of hemp seeds. For the correct amount of bitterness we used Chinnok & Cascade to hop. We lowered the amount of hops and doubled the hemp seeds, which creates a perfect balance.

"13 Seconds" Porter

This porter pays homage to one of the greatest moments in Irish sporting history.

The 13 seconds porter has a subtle taste of roasted coffee, toasty crusty bread, balanced with a combination of smooth dark chocolate and even darker fruits. You can expect a medium bitterness and dry finish that leaves you wanting more. It goes down like Aldo!

Notes: Coffee, chocolate, toasty

Flavour: Chocolate, Coffee, dark fruits

Raspberry Beeret
A refreshing summer Rasberry Ale with a nod to The Purple One himself.

The Long One IPA

The Long One is inspired by a certain goal which helped Ireland secure a spot in Euro 2016.A very sessionable refreshing ale without big bitterness. Magnum hops are used for mild bittering and it is dry hopped with Vic Secret for the fruity hop aroma. Brewed in collaboration with Rascals Brewing, The Long One is the first time we’ve dipped our toes in the IPA waters and it’s a long time coming.

Solitary Flight Saison
The latest addition to the Bewtonic family, this is a fruity and spicy little number that was named after a track from a certain Theo Parrish. He loves it (probably)
