Get Untooned

Ever wanted to know how ugly Homer Simpson would be in real life? If Jessica Rabbit would still get it if she were a real women? Well now with the new internet phenomenon that is “Untooning”, you can see what your favourite animated hero looks like, well…in the flesh.

It is a trend spawned by graphic designers and digital artists who using digital software reconstruct a cartoon character to show what they would look like if they were a real person.

It has become so popular in the blogosphere that a Youtube video outlining the process has received nearly half a million views.

It is an art form which apparently is not that hard to do and anybody who has a bit of experience on Photoshop can be an Untooner.
