Ladies and Gentlemen us good folks here in Bodytonic headquarters have decided to help you out in your quest to have a wicked time in Barcelona and at Sonar.

We know as well as the rest of you how hard it can be to try and negotiate subway systems after two days no sleep, how difficult it can be to can be find a nice apartment that's not twenty miles outside the city and how your heart breaks when you go to La Cova to see Laurent Garnier play when he's actually at La Terrezza.
