Extreme Safe Sex

A Portuguese man has taken the idea of safe sex to the next level by bungee jumping with nothing but a rope made of condoms!

In this bizarre tale Carl Dionisio explained there was no social or hidden statement behind the peculiar stunt, he just wanted to create the “virgin buzz” (no pun intended) of his first jump.

Carl and a friend spent 4 months constructing the rope which is comprised of over 18,500 condoms. Carl said, “It was difficult as the condoms are slippery. When we tied knots they would just slip out. “Latex is latex. But the cord was based on a mathematical formula and although I was 99 per cent sure that it would work, my stomach was in a knot for a month before the jump”.

The jump was executed successfully in Durban, South Africa last week and all 18,500 condoms have been returned to their rightful owner a one Miss Jodie Marsh.
